He has experience, starting in 2003, of the full life cycle of Microsoft Dynamics GP (and related products such as Integration Manager, eConnect, FRx and Management Reporter) from pre-sales and sales demonstrations, through discovery, implementation, key-user and end-user training, go-live and post-go-live support and subsequent upgrades, starting with Great Plains 7.5 and extending through to the current version; Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 R2.
