Every single window, such as the General Ledger’s Account Maintenance window shown in the above screenshot, has an overview and a clear explanation of every single field, button and menu. All too often a client’s first instinct is to pick up the phone and call the helpdesk to log a call, which they need to wait to wait for a support analyst to pick up and respond to, when they could simply hit the F1 button and read the answer for themselves.
